The  Red Wine Negroamaro IGP=PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) Salento "Kosher per Passover (Letter literally = for the Jewish Easter)" is produced, directly and exclusively by the Jewish community under the supervision of a Rabbi, in the cellars of the Casa Vinicola Lucio Leuci di Guagnano - Lecce - Puglia ( Italy).

The grapes used for the production of wine, 100% negroamaro, are harvested by hand and give it that characteristic ruby ​​red color.

A family lunch, a dinner with friends, a business meeting are a great glass of Negroamaro, but don't miss the pleasure of tasting a good glass of this wine, perhaps accompanied by taralli and olives, sitting on the sofa watching the crackling.

Negroamaro IGP Salento is excellent to combine with elaborate first courses, grilled meat both red and white, but also with mature cheeses.

It is advisable to decant the wine for at least thirty minutes before consuming it and serve it at a temperature of 18 ° C.
