Harvest 2017

The red primitivo wine is produced and bottled in the Lucio Leuci Cellars of Guagnano, in the province of Lecce (Puglia-Italy).

This wine, with an intense ruby ​​red color, is produced using a 100% primitivo grape, which is harvested by hand at the end of August so that the sugar content reaches the maximum level necessary for its transformation into alcohol. This wine has an alcohol content of 14.5% and is packaged in 750 ml bottles.

The production of Red Wine Primitivo IGP=PGI (protected geographical indication) Salento "Kosher for Passover (literally translated = for the Jewish Passover)" is carried out directly and exclusively by the Jewish community under the supervision of a Rabbi.

This wine, with a robust aftertaste, is excellent to accompany meat-based first and second courses, but also spicy cheeses.
